Abrazo Scottsdale Campus Hospital seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures with independence and precision. You will work across general radiology, assist in surgery cases and pain management, and provide patient advocacy during testing.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment QC, and collaboration with radiologists and cardiologists. You will adapt to on-call needs, maintain clear documentation, and participate in continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms.
• Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
• Certifications: ARRT, CRT, CPR.
• Minimum six months clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general radiology procedures for patients of all age groups.
• Operates radiology equipment per standard procedure, including startup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Functions as a patient advocate and explains procedures before testing.
• Processes billing/charging with computer systems.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in patient care and department operations.
• Maintains interdepartmental communication with radiologists or cardiologists.
• Adjusts work schedule to departmental needs and follows policy manuals.
• Other related tasks or responsibilities as assigned
