Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform mammography, CT and radiographic procedures with infants to adults. The role supports outpatient services and requires ARRT Mammography and Radiologic Technologist licensure with BLS certification.

2 days per week, 8-hour shifts at Enfield Outpatient Center. Under supervision of a board-certified radiologist, you will ensure high-quality images for interpretation, contributing to accurate diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized program in Radiologic Technology.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Radiographer, ARRT Mammography and Radiologic Technologist.
• Certification: BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mammography and radiographic procedures of varying complexities to produce quality images for interpretation by the radiologist.
• Provide screening and diagnostic mammograms and radiographic procedures for outpatients in an outpatient facility.

Position Purpose

Under the direction of a board-certified radiologist. Performs Mammography, CT and radiographic procedures of various complexities on infant, child, adolescent, adult, and later adult patients, ensuring the product of quality images of all appropriate anatomical structures for interpretation by the responsible radiologist.

What you will do

• Radiologic Technologist 2 (Mammography and X-Ray) is a highly skilled professional who uses mammography and radiographic equipment to produce images of the human anatomy which aid radiologists in diagnosing a wide variety of diseases and disorders.
• A Rad Tech 2 provides screening and diagnostic mammograms and other mammographic procedures to a variety of patients in an outpatient facility. A Rad Tech 2 is also able to perform radiographic procedures of various complexities on infant, child, adolescent, adult and later adult patients, ensuring the product of quality images of all appropriate anatomical structures for interpretation by the responsible radiologist.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Graduate of a recognized program in Radiologic Technology. Associates Degree preferred.
• Licensure : Radiographer. ARRT: Mammography and Radiologic Technologist.
• Certification : BLS.
