Job summary

MD Now Urgent Care in Florida seeks a Radiology Technologist to join a team focused on high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services is required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required; state licensure required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days of employment or promotion, must obtain and maintain state license for Office Laboratory Assistant if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Radiology duties and lab duties per license and policy.
• Document patient records and perform in-house lab tests and reference lab processing.
• Greet patients, check in/out, and handle end-of-day close-out procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate lab/x-ray equipment and perform quality controls daily.
• Maintain records/logs for in-house and sent-out lab work and x-ray activities.
• Coordinate with Center Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene policies.
• May work alternate shifts or float to other clinic locations.
