Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a CT and Radiology Technologist to perform imaging procedures with minimal supervision. This PRN/Casual role supports day shifts at our McCandless facility in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities include operating X-ray/CT equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring quality control while complying with COLA/CLIA standards and hospital policies; travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology preferred.
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing.
• ARRT registered in radiography required; CT registration preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred.
• 1+ years CT experience preferred.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• Fluency in English, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and patient care to physicians, nurses and staff.
• Operate and maintain X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS equipment.
• Perform imaging exams per policy and notify physician on duty of results.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under physician or nurse supervision.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Maintain reagents and supplies to perform quality testing.
• Perform routine maintenance and QC on imaging equipment.
• Retain records of analytic activities for at least two years.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
