Lumera Healthcare Group is seeking a Radiology Tech Supervisor Multimodality to oversee imaging services across CT, MR, and radiography. The role requires hands-on imaging, staff supervision, and a focus on patient safety and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in radiology, ARRT certification, and will coordinate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnoses while maintaining patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiology Technology.
• JRCERT-accredited radiology technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images using X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explain procedures, position patients and ensure safety.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures and results.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Provide exceptional patient care, including addressing patient concerns and providing emotional support.
