Job summary

Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in line with department protocols and governing regulations. You will be the frontline interface with patients and contribute to high-quality imaging services.

Required credentials include licensure with fluoroscopy permit, ARRT-R certification, and BCLS (AHA); graduation from an ARRT-accredited program; and at least one year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit required by State.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• BCLS (AHA) certification required.
• Graduate of ARRT-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and meets imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

• 1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.


• 2. ARRT-R is required.


• 3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.


• 4. Current BCLS (AHA).


• 5. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.


• 6. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.


• 7. Proficient computer skills.
