Job summary

Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City, IA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position involves daytime hours, a four-day work week, and a rotating on-call schedule including holidays and one weekend every five weeks.

You will perform mammography and CT imaging and care for patients across all ages. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration or eligibility, Iowa Permit to

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT registration or Registry Eligible.
• Iowa Permit to Practice required.
• Mammography and CT experience preferred – on the job training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures across multiple modalities including mammography and CT.
• Care for patients from neonatal to geriatric ages.
• Image inpatients, outpatients and emergency room patients.
• Uphold performance standards and skills in imaging procedures.

Job Location: Stewart Memorial Community Hospital - Lake City - Lake City, IA 51449$5,000 Sign on Bonus

FULL TIME OPENING

• Daytime hours
• Four-day work week
• Rotating on-call schedule, including holidays and one weekend in every five weeks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing multiple imaging modalities, including mammography and CT
• Care for patients of all age ranges including neonatal through geriatric
• Competent in performing imaging procedures on inpatients, outpatients and emergency room patients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in performance standards and skills

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Current registration or Registry Eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Hold a current Iowa Permit to Practice
• Mammography and CT experience preferred – can provide on the job training
• BLS or obtained within 6 months of hire
