Job summary

UF Health in Gainesville, Florida is looking for a Radiologic Technologist who will coordinate and direct radiologic technologists and non-physician staff, and who will perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures for diagnosis and treatment with independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and image quality.

Requirements include satisfactory completion of a CAHEA approved program in Radiologic Technology, ARRT

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a CAHEA approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Must be ARRT registered.
• Must be licensed by the State of Florida as a certified radiologic technologist.
• Must have current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs radiologic technologists.
• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures for diagnosis and treatment with independent judgment and initiative.

Education

CAHEA approved program in Radiologic Technology

ARRT registered

Florida State licensure as a certified radiologic technologist

Current BLS certification
