Sanford Health in Webster, SD is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic area, coordinate scheduling, staffing, and equipment. The role involves supervising staff, performing appraisals, and orienting students and new technologists.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal radiographic technology training in an AMA or JRCERT approved school is required.
• Minimum of three years of radiographic experience is required; supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, and orient new technologists.
• Coordinate equipment assignment and staff rotations; handle inter/intradepartmental conflicts.
