Job summary

Freeman Health in Joplin, MO seeks an on-call Radiology professional to support patient care under physician supervision. You will perform systematic assessments and assist with diagnostics, occasionally providing interventional or therapeutic care and adjusting plans as indicated.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in Radiologic Technology or have ARRT eligibility with registration within 90 days of graduation from an accredited program. This role requires flexibility to work as-needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Alternatively ARRT certification and registration within 90 days after graduating.

• Independently perform systematic assessment of patient needs under physician supervision.
• Implement diagnostics and, when appropriate, provide interventional and therapeutic care; adjust plan promptly.

What You'll Do

In conjunction with the medical plan of care and under the direct supervision of the physician, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patient. Implements appropriate diagnostics, occasionally provide interventional and therapeutic care and evaluate effectiveness, and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or completion of ARRT certification and registration within 90 days after graduating from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology program.
