Job summary

Summit Orthopedics in Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking a Special Procedures Tech (Radiologic Technologist) to operate radiologic equipment and produce high-quality X-rays. This full-time role requires ARRT registration and an accredited Radiologic Technology program graduate, with flexibility to travel to Plymouth, Woodbury, Eagan, and Minnetonka.

You will follow physician orders, set up equipment, position patients, minimize dose, maintain records, and ensure PACS transmission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with ARRT registration.
• Flexible to float to multiple Summit locations in MN (Vadnais Heights, Plymouth, Woodbury, Eagan, Minnetonka).
• Full-time position with Monday–Friday shifts; schedule TBD.

Responsibilities

• Prepares rooms and patients for exams.
• Sets up radiologic equipment and determines exposure factors.
• Positions patients and takes X-rays as ordered.
• Maintains patient records and ensures correct PACS transmission.
• Cares for equipment and performs minor repairs as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
