Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with Radiology specialization for a 13-week assignment at our Warrenton, VA facility. The role requires 5+ years of experience, ARDMS ABD license, and proficiency in general diagnostic ultrasound, including abdominal imaging and thyroid studies.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable in an acute care environment, assist with OB biophysical profiles, and participate in on-call duties with lodging provided for call nights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a staff sonographer in general diagnostic ultrasound.

Description:This position is for an Ultrasound Technologist in an acute care setting.The facility offers surgical services, a 24-hour emergency department, and extensive medical imaging capabilities.The unit provides patient care for a variety of specialty services including orthopedics, spine, and robotic-assisted surgery.The facility has a Family Birthing Center and an Intermediate Care Nursery.Call is important for the crew's sustainability, and lodging is provided for call nights.Experience with abdominal imaging, biophysical profiles for OB, and thyroids is required.The patient population will primarily consist of geriatric and adult patients.The ideal candidate should be easy-going, competent, and comfortable in a community feel hospital with a tight-knit team.Experience with MindRay equipment is preferred but not required.Candidates must have completed an accredited sonography program and hold the relevant certifications.Scrub colors should be black or gray, and no uniform pieces that advertise another health system are allowed.
