Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiology Registered Nurse in Redding, CA for per diem day shifts. The RN will provide direct patient care, support diagnostic and therapeutic radiology procedures, and ensure equipment readiness.

Requirements include an active state RN license, BLS and ACLS at hire, and at least 1 year of acute Radiology Nursing experience. CRN certification is preferred, with adherence to hospital policies and PI activities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Certified Radiology Nurse (CRN) preferred.
• One (1) year of acute clinical Radiology Nursing experience required
• Conscious Sedation Monitoring competency within 30 days upon hire and maintain current

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Radiology.
• Provide direct patient care within RN scope and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and room readiness; monitor function.
• Adhere to hospital policies and participate in Performance Improvement activities.
