Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Radiology nursing experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• Conscious Sedation monitoring competency within 30 days of hire.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in radiology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist radiologists.
• Maintain equipment readiness and inventory.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and performance improvement activities.
• Educate patients and families as appropriate.
