Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to join our team in Albuquerque. This role delivers high-quality patient care during radiation therapy, operates imaging systems, and ensures patient safety throughout treatments.

Familiarity with CBCT, kV/mV imaging, CT Simulation, and Epic charting is preferred. Travel opportunities and ability to float to similar units are supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in radiation therapy.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required.
• Experience with Varian equipment and ARIA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and float to like units as needed.

Day Shift: 5x8 Hour Schedule (07:30 AM - 05:00 PM)

Job Description

The Radiation Therapy Technologist will provide high-quality patient care during radiation therapy treatments. This role involves operating various imaging systems, preparing patients for treatment, and ensuring patient safety throughout the procedure.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiation therapy procedures on patients in adherence to established protocols.
• Utilize various imaging technologies such as CBCT, kV/mV imaging, and CT Simulation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in treatment planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment documentation within the charting system (preferably Epic).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiation therapy.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT T) is required.
• Experience with Varian equipment and ARIA patient management system is preferred.
• Travel experience and ability to float to like units as necessary.
