Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Radiology Procedural Nurse to join a high-acuity imaging team. You will provide sedation and monitoring for a broad range of imaging procedures across 15 sites, supporting a pediatric practice and more than 1,400 patients daily.

As an RN, you will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and peers, guided by evidence-based practice within Mayo Clinic’s culture of compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
• RN license and nursing degree with ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accreditation awareness

Responsibilities

• Provide sedation and monitoring for imaging procedures across multiple sites
• Care for patients of all ages and acuities in a fast-paced setting
• Coordinate care and educate patients and families regarding plan of care
• Lead and participate in teamwork and quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate leadership and professional practice in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards
