Job summary
Advanced Medical Imaging Consultants (AMIC) in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a growing private radiology group. The role includes consults, hospital rounds, and a broad range of imaging-guided procedures. Qualified candidates are board-certified PA-C with at least 2 years of experience; radiology experience is strongly preferred.
Shared weeknight/weekend call is required. No recruiters please.
Qualifications
- Board-certified Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in radiology or hospital-based practice preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in surgical, ICU, or cardiology settings.
- Radiology experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform consults and hospital rounds.
- Place PICC lines.
- Fluoro-guided LP - diagnostic.
- Fluoro-guided joint injections for pain, large joints.
- Paracentesis.
- Ultrasound-guided thoracentesis.
- Ultrasound-guided thyroid FNA.
- CT biopsy and drainage.
- Central line placement.
- GI fluoroscopy including esophogram, UGI, barium enema.
