Radiology Physician

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $550000.00 - $900000.00

Diagnostic Radiology opening with award-winning health system in Delaware.

Join an established and collegial team of radiologists in this hospital-employed practice.

Realistic income potential of $1M+ per year

Practice Overview

• Work within a team of 17+ radiologists including radiologists of all subspecialties
• All subspecialty radiologists are welcome to apply
• $750,000 base salary with RVU bonuses paid at $58 per RVU (11,000 RVU threshold)

Compensation Example

• Most radiologists read 80+ RVU’s per day
• There is 11 weeks of PTO per year, so physician would work 41 weeks per year
• 80 RVU’s per day x 5 days per week x 41 weeks per year = 16,400 RVU’s per year
• 16,400 RVU’s minus 11,000 RVU threshold = 5,400 RVU’s above threshold
• $58 x 5,400 = $313,200 in RVU bonus
• $750,000 base + $313,200 RVU bonus = $1,063,200
• Realistic annual income = $1,063,200
• $100K sign-on bonus
• 11 weeks of vacation per year

• Relocation stipend (up to $18K)
• Ability to sponsor J1 visa and H1b visa
