Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or equivalent in nursing or nursing diploma.
• RN license in Arkansas or Compact State required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing recommended.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administrative support within the Nursing Unit.
• Coordinate daily workflow and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as a liaison between Manager, staff, and patients; participate in rounds and hand-offs.
• Mentor and coach staff; participate in councils, committees, and hospital initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities and support for the Manager.
