Cynet Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with clinical experience in nuclear medicine to join our Radiology team in Rockford, IL. You will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, dose agents, and operate the gamma camera to acquire diagnostic images.

Required ARRT (N) or CNMT certification, knowledge of radiation safety, and IV administration skills. Alternate M-F shifts, eight-hour shifts, with potential Saturday options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols essential.
• Proficiency in IV administration and radiopharmaceutical handling.
• Experience in clinical nuclear medicine settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform radiopharmaceutical preparation and dosing for patients.
• Operate gamma camera and acquire quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure radiation safety standards are followed at all times.
• Administer IV medications and contrast agents as needed.

Description:We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with clinical experience in nuclear medicine.The ideal candidate will be proficient in radiopharmaceutical preparation and dosing.Experience with gamma camera operation is required.Knowledge of radiation safety protocols is essential.IV administration skills are necessary for this role.This position involves alternate staffing from Monday to Friday in eight-hour shifts.Shifts will begin at either 6:00, 6:30, or 7:00.Candidates will not be required to work holidays but may have the option to pick up Saturday shifts.AHA certifications are mandatory; RQI will not be accepted.
