Description:The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will cover two facilities in close proximity.The schedule includes working Tuesdays and Fridays at one facility, and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the other.The daily census is approximately three patients, with a focus on adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.The role includes performing a variety of nuclear medicine scans and procedures.Technologists will work with special equipment relevant to nuclear medicine practices.Interdisciplinary support is available within the facility.Travelers should be prepared to float to similar units based on facility needs.Compliance with travel requirements is necessary.Brief orientation on the unit will be provided.All modules will be completed onsite during the initial orientation period.This position accepts first-time travelers.
