Cynet Health is seeking an MRI Tech for a 13-week assignment in a short-term acute care hospital. The MRI department serves outpatients, emergency department patients, and inpatients. The position includes on-call duties and a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with cranial, abdominal, and extremity MRI procedures and a valid MRI license, along with ARRT certifications. Epic charting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience.
• Valid MRI Tech License.
• BLS, ARRT R*, ARRT MR, ARMRIT.
• National registry in MRI; State Department of Health MRI Certification.

Description:This position is for an MRI Tech to work in a short-term acute care hospital.The MRI department serves outpatients, emergency department patients, and inpatients.Position does not require floating between units.On-call duties are required, shared on weekday nights with possible rotating weekend coverage.Weekends are not required.Candidates should have experience working with a variety of MRI modalities and patient care skills.The tech will be expected to perform various MRI procedures including but not limited to cranial, abdominal, and extremity scans.Demonstrated ability in patient interaction and care is essential.Experience with charting systems is preferred, specifically with Epic.The role includes responsibilities for maintaining equipment and ensuring proper protocols are followed.The candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple patients efficiently.
