Description:The MRI Technologist will work in the Radiology Department.The unit has one MRI scanner.There is no need to float to other areas.The department employs a radiologist who is available during the day.MRI technologists are required to be on call one night per week and every three to four weekends.Weekend and holiday coverage is mandatory.Scrubs are to be worn in professional colors.Department-specific orientation will be provided.The hospital may cancel up to four shifts during the 13-week assignment.Candidates should ensure familiarity of general MRI imaging techniques.No Registered Radiology Assistants will be used to this role.
