Job summary

Methodist Celina Medical Center seeks a Radiology Manager to plan, coordinate, supervise, and staff imaging services across X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, and nuclear medicine. The role ensures high clinical quality and patient satisfaction while managing daily operations and radiation safety.

Experience with regulating imaging practices and maintaining ACR accreditation is highly preferred. Administrative leadership and budget oversight will be essential for campus-wide imaging operations.

Qualifications

• Approved Training Program in Imaging.
• CPR license.
• TDH license.
• Radiology credentials (e.g., ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS).
• Minimum 5 years broad radiology experience including administrative aspects.
• Minimum 2–5 years direct management experience (operations, budgeting, productivity).

Hours of Work :40 per weekDays Of Week :Monday-FridayWork Shift :8X5 Day (United States of America)Job Description :Your Job:The primary purpose of the Radiology Manager position is to provide planning, coordinating, supervising and staffing the assigned areas where a variety of radiology procedures are performed. Provides an environment of high clinical quality and customer satisfaction. Manages all daily operational aspects. This role will support all imaging modalities on the campus of Methodist Celina including but not limited to X-ray, CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine amongst other modalities. This role will have responsibility to oversee radiation safety and imaging best practices throughout the campus. Experience with securing or maintaining ACR accreditation is strongly preferred.Your Job Requirements:• Approved Training Program in Imaging• CPR license• TDH license• Anyone or a combination of recognized Radiology credentials i.e. ARRT or NMTCB, ARDMS, etc.• Minimum of five (5) years broad experience within the field of Radiology including appropriate superior administrative aspects.• Minimum 2-5 years direct management experience to include daily operations, budget management including productivity• Effective organizational and time management skills.• Positive role model for staff, students and other heal care professionals.• Use of value management techniques for improvement/cost savings.
