Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our radiology team. The incumbent will perform mammography exams across four locations, including 3-D and digital techniques, and screen mammograms according to protocol.

Applicants must hold an active state license, ARRT M and ARRT R certifications, and have at least two years of experience. Cross-training as a Breast Sonographer is preferred; the schedule includes days and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Breast Ultrasound certification is a plus.

Description:We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our team.The schedule will vary, with Monday through Friday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM as needed.Every other Saturday shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM will also be required.If scheduled on a Saturday, a day off during the week will be provided.The schedule will be posted one week in advance.The Mammography Technologist will float between four different locations as needed.The candidate must have 2 years of experience in the specialty.Floating between facilities is required as needed.Pending State Licenses are accepted, provided they are active before the start date.Those requesting time off greater than 7 days will require approval.Special requirements include ARRT M and ARRT R certification.Experience with a variety of mammography techniques is essential, including 3-D Mammography, Digital Mammography, and Screening Mammograms.Knowledge of Infection Control Procedures and Clienttion Safety is important.The facility is a Short Term Acute Care Level I Trauma Center.Staffing includes a team environment with interdisciplinary support.
