Job description

The Radiology Limited X-ray Operator will provide diagnostic imaging for patients to assist the patient’s physician in expediting needed care. Job duties include performing or assisting in procedures per department protocols; maintaining a clean and safe work environment; utilizing proper procedures for identifying images, patients and marking images correctly for interpretation; and ordering exams that match the procedures being performed. Customer service is essential, and this position will address patient needs with age-specific criteria, from neonates to geriatrics. This position will also assist in a QA review to maintain professional standards for themselves and student technologists that they are called upon to assist.

This position is located at KY Clinic, with occasional coverage at Turfland.
