Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology - IR Tech in Sacramento for a 13-week assignment. This role focuses on interventional radiology procedures and requires a valid RN license and ARRT certification.

You will perform diagnostic and interventional exams, operate imaging equipment, handle call nights/weekends, and support physicians during invasive procedures while educating patients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent relevant radiology experience preferred.
• Varied call nights/weekends.
• Rotating weekends.
• Valid state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional radiology exams, which may include hybrid procedures.
• Operate complex stationary and mobile diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure that routine and priority tasks are completed within established departmental time frames.
• Prepare for and assist physicians in various diagnostic and/or guidance imaging during invasive procedures.
• Explain and educate the patient on the procedure, medications or contrast media, and any associated biological effects in a clear and professional manner to alleviate fear and anxiety.
