ARMStaffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, SC. The RN will support imaging procedures, including moderate sedation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Medical Imaging.

Responsibilities include administering sedation, monitoring patients, and ensuring adherence to policies. Rotation through departments and a structured schedule support quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Interventional Radiology required.
• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, with rotational shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and call coverage on weekdays and weekends.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing various imaging procedures, including those requiring moderate sedation. The candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, rotating through all departments within Medical Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderate sedation in all imaging departments (CT, MRI, US, Radiology, Interventional Radiology).
• Provide patient care during interventional procedures and imaging studies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and policies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond appropriately to any changes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Interventional Radiology experience.
• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience is preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing.
