Responsibilities

• Assists and interacts with patients of the radiology department.
• Responsible for verifying patient identity using two identifiers.
• Transports patients from inpatient units and emergency department.
• Greets patients, families, and visitors in the procedure area.
• Maintains communication between patients and radiology staff.
• Prepares patients for exams and escorts them to exam rooms.
• Assists radiologists and technologists in acquiring quality exams.
• Performs various related tasks to support operations.
