HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital Imaging Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

You will perform general clerical duties, locate and maintain image documents, x-rays, and patient reports within radiology, and help manage phones and scheduling. This is a part-time role with 24 hours weekly and shifts starting early in the day. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and clerical, computer, and keyboarding

Qualifications

• Clerical, computer and keyboarding experience required.
• Customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties by locating, preparing, compiling, and maintaining image documents, x-rays and patient reports in radiology.
• Assist with phone and scheduling management.
