Responsibilities

• Plans the workflow and staff distributions within the department.
• Provides lead functions and guidance to staff.
• Ensures staff interact with patients positively and are competent to care for patients from pediatric through geriatric.
• Promotes a team-oriented and service-conscious environment.
• Supports high-quality patient care in Diagnostic Radiology.
