Job summary

Covenant Hospital Levelland is seeking a Radiology Manager to direct imaging services across all modalities, ensuring safe, effective patient care. You will lead staff, manage schedules, and coordinate equipment operations to support high-quality diagnostic imaging.

The role requires radiologic technology credentials in Texas, ARRT certification or equivalent, BLS, and 3 years of supervisory experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License upon hire
• National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire -OR-
• National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire -OR-
• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire -OR-
• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 3 years of experience as a supervisor/manager

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of imaging services for Covenant Health System across all imaging modalities
• Selects and operates equipment while ensuring quality patient care
• Oversees staffing, workflow, and service delivery in radiology to support patient care

Education

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a health related field
