Job summary

WellSpan Health in Ephrata, PA seeks a PRN Radiologic Technologist. Under indirect supervision, you will perform radiographic procedures, transfer and position patients, and select technical factors to produce quality images.

You will follow radiation safety standards, maintain sterile technique, document patient activity, and contribute to a safe, efficient care environment in the Diagnostic Radiology department.

Qualifications

• Certificate program in radiologic technology with completion of clinical competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transfers and positions patients; provides immobilization devices as needed.
• Selects proper technical factors on a per-patient basis; operates equipment to produce quality radiographic images.

Education

Certificate Program Must be a student within an accredited program in radiologic technology, who has maintained satisfactory completion of all clinical competency requirements throughout the radiologic technology program. Required
