Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks an Allied Health Education Specialist - Radiology to provide system-wide educational services and support for Allied Health employees. The role combines educator, evaluator, clinician, and consultant duties within a dynamic healthcare system.

The position engages with leadership to plan education, perform evaluations, and drive evidence-based practice. It is a full-time education specialist role at Presbyterian Hospital with a focus on radiology education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Allied Health preferred; or 5 years in Allied Health education/management.
• Experience in education processes and clinical mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Contributes learning needs assessments for target audiences.
• Designs effective, budget-conscious instructional content to meet performance objectives.
• Implements educational programs with management and team collaboration.
• Develops and applies Level 1–3 evaluation tools to measure learner outcomes.
• Partners with leadership to address clinical performance gaps and remediation plans.
