Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Dual CT/XRay Tech for a small rural facility in South Carolina. The assignment is 13 weeks, night shift with 12-hour shifts, requiring a minimum of 3 years CT/X-ray experience, active state license, and BLS/ARRT (CT) SCRQSA certifications. Experience with GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba equipment is essential. Candidates must work independently and be able to float within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures of abdomen, pelvis, chest and head with and without contrast.

• Maintain isolation precautions and administration of contrast media.
• Be familiar with trauma care and ED protocols.
• Documentation of RTO requests and minimizing time off.

Description:Seeking a skilled Dual CT/XRay Tech for a small rural facility.The position requires the ability to work independently.Experience with GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba equipment is necessary.Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a CT/Xray role.First-time travelers will not be accepted for this position.The role includes performing various imaging procedures such as abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head scans with and without contrast.The technician should be familiar with isolation precautions and the preparation and administration of contrast media.Experience in starting peripheral IVs and managing various age groups from neonates to older adults is essential.Knowledge in trauma care, emergency department protocols, and pediatric acute care is preferred.Candidates should possess experience in multiplanar reconstruction and 3D rendering techniques.The role may involve working holidays and must comply with the organization’s operational requirements.Documentation of RTO (request time off) is mandatory and should be kept to a minimum.References and proof of certifications will be required upon request.Locals will be accepted at a local rate.Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
