Loyola Medicine in Maywood, IL is seeking a Radiology Tech Assistant for the Day Shift. The role supports patients across Radiology, CT, Inpatient and the Emergency Department, performing patient transport, exam setup, room preparation, scheduling and clerical support to ensure smooth imaging workflows.

You will collaborate with CT staff to coordinate scheduling and patient movement, provide education, and help maintain efficient departmental operations in a fast-paced, patient‑focused

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• CPR certification from AHA (American Heart Association).
• Preferred: past experience in diagnostic radiology or enrollment in radiology/health program.

Responsibilities

• Transport and prepare patients for exams and assist with scheduling.
• Set up exam rooms and support imaging workflows.
• Provide patient education and clerical support to maintain efficient department operations.
• Coordinate with CT staff to schedule and move patients in Radiology, CT, Inpatient and ED settings.

Education
