The Department of Radiology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking an American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) certified or eligible radiologist with cardiac imaging expertise to join our faculty. The preferred candidate must either have completed a pediatric radiology fellowship with focused training or experience in cardiac CT or MRI or completed a cardiac imaging fellowship and be willing to be trained in pediatric radiology. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary. Academic time is provided to all faculty and start-up funding is available through the Department of Radiology and through Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
The Department of Radiology has 39 active clinical faculty, 12 research scientists (PhD or equivalent), and one of the largest pediatric radiology fellowship programs in the country. We perform more than 250,000 imaging examinations per year across multiple sites of care, with a mix of standard and tertiary/quaternary cases. Clinical and research imaging equipment is state-of-the-art and continually upgraded.
