Job summary

Carle Health in Illinois seeks a fellowship-trained Body Imaging Radiologist to join our Radiology Department across Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, and Champaign-Urbana. The role offers a $650,000 base salary plus production bonuses, with no mammography or interventional radiology requirements.

Readouts include X-ray, CT, MRI, US, and fluoroscopy; PET optional. Home workstation provided for remote reading and private onsite office space; relocation and CME allowances offered.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Radiology with fellowship in Body Imaging.
• Illinois medical licensure or eligibility.
• Experience reading cross-sectional/body imaging studies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret radiology studies including X-ray, CT, MRI, US and fluoroscopy.
• Ensure high-quality patient care with efficient report turnaround.
• Collaborate with Carle Illinois College of Medicine and hospital teams.

Overview

Due to continued practice growth, Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC, fellowship-trained Body Imaging Radiologist to join our established Radiology Department. Available locations include Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, and Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• $650,000 base salary plus production and incentive bonuses
• Non-profit status with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
• NO MAMMO or IR REQUIRED
• Required modalities include: X-ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, US. Optional PET. Special consideration for rectal/prostate MRI interpretation
• Internal moonlighting available with immediate elite earning potential
• Lifestyle oriented group with dedicated overnight coverage - no evening or overnight shifts. Minimal weekend coverage.
• Shift based staffing model allows for flexibility to optimize time off service (10+ weeks to start with segmental seniority increases - please inquiry for details)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $650,000 - $800,000 annually. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
