Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Radiology Assistant for Full-Time Day shifts at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL. This role supports the patient care team in routine imaging tasks and helps ensure efficient unit operations.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Graduate from a CNA program or Health Occupations Program or completion of Nursing Fundamentals course, or 1 year of patient care experience.
BLS certification is required.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in routine and non‑complex patient care tasks to support the unit.
Support operations of the radiology department and imaging workflows.
Assist Radiology Technologists, Physicians, RNs, and LPNs in the patient care process.
Collaborate with registration to ensure smooth patient flow.
