Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Radiology and Cardiology Cath Lab Technician in Santa Monica, CA. Start date and 13-week contract with on-site work, including day shifts and on-call requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of acute cath lab experience and relevant certifications (ACLS, RCIS/ARRT, BLS, fluoro permit). The role supports cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, and interventional neuro procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year acute care experience in cath lab.
• Certifications ACLS, RCIS or ARRT R, BLS and fluoro permit are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and neuro/interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurate patient monitoring and equipment setup.
• Perform EKG lead placement and prep access site.
• Maintain sterile field and assist as room circulator.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures.
• Support angioplasty, stent placement, and thrombectomy workflows.
• Assist with TAVR/Watchman and PCI procedures.
• Monitor hemodynamics and manage monitoring equipment.

Day Shift 10 hours/day 4 days/week

STEMI and Stroke receiving center. 4 labs.

• *M-F with call requirements.
• Sat/Sun call requirements.

On Call Requirements

• Weekdays: 1730-0700
• Weekends/Holidays: 0700-0700
• 10-14 call shifts within 42 day schedule

Support cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, interventional radiology, TAVR/TMVR, Watchamn, Mitraclip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, IR
