Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• American Heart Association BLS within 60 days of hire.
• 1 year of office environment or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant.
• 1 year of healthcare, radiology, imaging, or medical field experience preferred.
• 1 year of medical billing, reception, scheduling, or patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologist and technologist with interventional procedures.
• Escort patients, prepare for exams, and provide comfort during procedures.
• Provide post-procedure supervision and discharge instructions.
• Ensure orders, lab results and pharmacy review are complete before appointments.
• Assist with billing orders and PACS system entries.
• Support same-day add-on scheduling and overall department workflow.
