Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an imaging technologist to performDiagnostic imaging procedures with MSK and Neuro IR. You will prepare patients, operate fluoroscopy and imaging tools, and assist physicians during image-guided procedures.

Eligible candidates have an Associate degree in radiologic technology and RT(R) certification; on-call rotations and sterile-field maintenance are part of the role. New graduates welcomed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or related field required.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) certification preferred.
• Experience in interventional radiology or strong procedural imaging background welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using MSK, Neuro IR, and other modalities.
• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging and procedures.

Job description

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures with advanced modalities such as MSK, Neuro Interventional Radiology, and other imaging techniques. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, operates fluoroscopy and imaging tools, and assists physicians during image-guided procedures.

Applicants should have an associate degree or higher in a related field and be certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). Experience in interventional radiology, sterile techniques, fluoroscopy, and image-guided procedures is preferred, but strong procedural imaging backgrounds may be trained on the job.

Key responsibilities include working in a fast-paced environment, supporting MSK and Neuro IR procedures, participating in on-call rotations, and maintaining sterile fields. The role offers exposure to minimally invasive procedures, cutting-edge technology, and a diverse case mix including stroke intervention, biopsies, and injections.
