Job summary

NP Now, LLC seeks a fellowship-trained Radiologist specialized in MSK/body imaging for an outpatient setting in Winter Haven, FL (about 1 hour from Orlando). The role focuses on X-ray, CT, MRI, PET-CT, and ultrasound with potential interventional work.

The schedule is 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday with no on-call or weekend requirements. Florida license or eligibility is required, with a base salary of $450,000 and negotiable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in cross-sectional imaging with MSK/body focus.
• Florida license or eligibility to practice radiology.
• Experience in interventional radiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report cross-sectional imaging studies (X-ray, DEXA, CT, MRI, PET-CT, ultrasound).
• Volume around 50 reads per day.
• Provide expert consultations to referring physicians.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and protocol development.
• Possibility to perform interventional radiology procedures.

Job Description

Location: Winter Haven, FL (1hr from Orlando)

Cross Sectional Radiologist - Body / MSK. Fellowship‑trained cross‑sectional radiologist in an outpatient setting. Should have expertise in interpreting X‑ray, DEXA, CT, MRI, PET CT, and Ultrasound images, etc. Focus on musculoskeletal and body imaging, and potentially interventional radiology procedures a plus.

Schedule

8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. ZERO CALL OR WEEKENDS.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on a wide range of cross‑sectional imaging studies, including X‑ray, DEXA, CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, PET CT, and ultrasound.
• Volume: Typically about 50 reads per day.
• Provide expert consultations to referring physicians regarding imaging findings and treatment options.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and case discussions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of imaging protocols.
• Potentially perform or assist with interventional radiology procedures, such as image‑guided biopsies and injections (not required).
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient imaging studies and reports.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and imaging services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in cross‑sectional imaging techniques and technologies.

Background Profile

• Florida State Medical License Board‑certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
• Fellowship training in cross‑sectional imaging, with a focus on musculoskeletal and body imaging.
• Experience in interventional radiology procedures (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Current MQSA certification.
