Job summary

Northern Illinois Interventional Radiology Group is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a 100% IR role in a high-volume practice. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two weeks onsite and one week remote, supporting a strong referral network and subspecialty clinics.

The role emphasizes no diagnostic duties, a collaborative team environment, and a favorable work-life balance with on-call coverage shared among five IRs.

Qualifications

• 100% Interventional Radiology – no diagnostic responsibilities.
• Hybrid schedule with two weeks onsite and one week remote.
• Shared call schedule of 1:6.
• Established vascular clinic with a strong referral network.
• Dedicated oncology clinic and growing cancer program.
• Diverse case mix with vascular and oncologic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures.
• Collaborate with a five-physician IR team to deliver patient care.
• Manage and participate in the shared on-call schedule.
