Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group in Georgia seeks a radiologist to join our collegial imaging team with a focus on breast imaging and multimodality procedures.

This on-site role supports outpatient and urgent care imaging, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules and occasional telework for non-patient facing tasks. Board-certified or eligible radiologists with an MSK fellowship and Georgia license are preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with radiology training and eligibility for Georgia licensure.
• ABR certification or eligibility in radiology with MSK fellowship.
• Georgia license or license-eligibility for practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and urgent care radiology imaging; no inpatient exams.
• Collaborate with a collegial radiology team and support breast imaging goals.
• Perform multimodality breast imaging and related procedures as available.

Job Brief:

Radiologist General / Breast Imaging

Seeking an on-site, full- or part-time BE/BC radiologist to join our highly collegial team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants.

Our primary goal is recruiting colleagues with strong interpersonal skills motivated to provide patient-centered care. All interested candidates should apply regardless of subspecialty background. We are focused on growing breast imaging, and the ideal candidate will have fellowship training or commensurate experience in multimodality breast imaging and procedures.

Summary:

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long-term health, effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. What You Can Expect:

• Physician-led multi-specialty medical group exclusively serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta area.
• Integrated practice with a stimulating and rewarding work environment. Excellent opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.
• Outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital exams. Teleradiology covers overnights.
• Full-time radiologists average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month. Compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts.
• Group averages 70 wRVUs per shift. Weekday shifts are modality/subspecialty oriented; evening and weekend shifts are general.
• Compensation is fixed to start and transitions to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years.
• All radiologists are placed on shareholder track.
• Option to work from home for non-patient facing work, including evenings and weekends

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) and MSK fellowship
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the State of Georgia
