As a Breast Radiologist (MD/DO) at Mercy Radiology Group, you will join a leading, 100% physician‑owned radiology practice in our Redding, CA location, offering unparalleled career growth and work‑life balance. You will perform comprehensive breast imaging utilizing advanced Hologic tomosynthesis and ultrasound technology, along with stereotactic and MRI‑guided biopsies.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical skills in diagnostic and interventional breast radiology, demonstrating a commitment to high‑quality patient care.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Competitive Compensation: $500,000 – $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000+. Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per‑click compensation.
• $75,000 sign‑on bonus (for full‑time).
• Relocation bonus available.
• CME stipend and annual home/personal equipment budget.

• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
• Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
