HireSPS is seeking a General Radiologist in Missouri for a full-time, hybrid onsite/remote position. The role offers a strong income potential with a first-year guarantee of $500,000 and a clear path to partnership.

The group is 15 radiologists, hospital-based and outpatient imaging, with 1:4 weekend coverage and robust teleradiology support. Board certification or eligibility is required; fellowship training is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology as required.
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required.
• Ability to report across general radiology modalities and engage with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiology interpretations across CT, MRI, ultrasound and x-ray.
• Collaborate with referring clinicians to deliver patient-centered care.
• Work in a hybrid onsite/remote model with timely, professional reporting.
• Participate in pathway to partnership and shared decision-making.

Practice Details

• Group Size: 15 radiologists (mix of subspecialists and generalists)
• Setting: Hospital-based and outpatient imaging centers
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with 1:4 weekend coverage
• Vacation: 10 weeks paid time off annually
• Call: Shared equitably; robust teleradiology support
• Partnership Track: Transparent 1-year to partnership

Compensation & Benefits

First-Year Compensation: $500,000 guaranteed

Partner Income Potential: $700,000+
