Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Radiologist to join a hybrid team in Georgia, combining on-site expertise with remote flexibility. The role involves diagnostic reads, interventional procedures, and medical education responsibilities, with a production-based RVU model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Shifts are guaranteed at 14 per month (7 on-site, 7 remote) from 8am to 5pm, with options for extra evening or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a radiology residency or fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible, with certification required within 5 years.
• Valid Georgia Medical License or eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80-120 diagnostic reads per weekday shift, achieving around 1,200 RVUs monthly.
• Perform interventional procedures such as angiography, biopsies, drainages, and tumor ablation.
• Engage in the education of medical students and residents, contributing to their growth and your professional development.

Work Schedule

• Guaranteed 14 shifts per month: 7 days on-site and 7 days remote, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Opportunities for additional compensation through evening or weekend shifts.
• Enjoy approximately 24 weeks of vacation annually.
