Job summary

DUF6-MCS LLC is seeking a Health Safety Technician - Radiological to provide ES&H support across IH/IS/radiological/environmental functions for the DUF6 project. Duties include radiological coverage, surveys, data entry, and safety oversight under 10 CFR 835 guidelines.

The role requires hands-on radiological experience, the ability to develop RWPs, perform contamination surveys, and coordinate with management to maintain personnel and environmental safety at a production facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years hands-on radiological control technician experience (DOE/NRC environment preferred).
• Experience in radiological job coverage involving UF6, UO2F2, and uranium oxide is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiological monitoring and job coverage for DUF6 operations and maintenance.
• Maintain radiological surveys and records; ensure documentation is complete.
• Collect air samples, smear counts, and perform spectral analysis as required.
