Job summary

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials; communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and course delivery software.

Responsibilities

Prepares lessons and course materials in accordance with the college's curriculum, using appropriate teaching methods and resources.
Delivers instruction to students through dynamic and varied instructional techniques to support diverse learning styles.
Maintains regular and open communication with students regarding progress, attendance, and performance; provides academic advising, tutoring, and office hours.
Regularly assesses student learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement processes including program review and evaluation.
Collaborates with colleagues to support student success and mentors new faculty members.
